CERBERUS
DESCRIPTION
Cerberus LEMASA is a semi-automated system for advancing and returning flexible hoses for cleaning tubular bundles of heat exchangers, with remote operation. It operates through a conveyor belt mechanism and high torque pneumatic motor to work with one, two or three hoses, being controlled by a remote joystick. Installed in an “X” and “Y” coordinate positioner for locking to the heat exchanger flange with pneumatic drives, Cerberus provides efficient cleaning with high performance and safety even in hazardous areas. It has a pneumatic control panel to control the forward and backward speed of the hoses and “X”, “Y” and “Z” positioning of the Triple Box.
