DESCRIPTION
High-performance device for surface preparation. Fixed by powerful magnets located on the three wheels that allow it to be anchored to ferrous plates in any position, whether vertical or even upside down. Alternative arm system, cleans the surface in front of the device, allowing the removal of barnacles and shellfish from vessels, in addition to the complete painting of the side. Smart, lightweight and compact construction, allowing you to reach hard-to-reach areas. The movement commands can be pneumatic or electric, and with wired or wireless remote control. Equipped with safety devices: being a “fall arrest” cable (type of rocker, allowing all movements to be carried out, preventing falling if the system comes off the surface).
It does not require the assembly of scaffolding and/or platforms and is operated by only one remote operator.
Its high anchorage allows it to pass through varied and irregular surfaces.
It can be applied in storage tank and gas spheres.
It can be used in other abrasive blasting systems such as alumina, sponjet, among others.
